APV Centrifugal Pump
Except for the very smallest models, all the APV W+ pumps are based upon an APV patented design which incorporates the volute (the pump housing's spiral shaped passage) in the pumps back plate. This in combination with an ideal outlet geometry, optimizes energy utilisation inside the pump housing. This leads to a whole series of advantages: High efficiency levels with reduced energy consumption, low noise levels and improved product integrity. |

The DELTA SW4 valves are available as shut-off and as change-over valves. A tank outlet version is also available. The SW4 valves are designed for hygienic applications, especially in the dairy, food, beverage and brewing industries, and the chemical and pharmaceutical industries.

To ensure the highest surface quality in all of our sanitary tubing, Rath goes beyond the requirements of ASTM A269 and A270 by performing the full battery of ASTM bend and deformation tests required by ASME SA249 as well as additional deformation tests developed by Rath.
The tests, combined with specific
raw material requirements, eddy current testing at the
tube mill, and tighter OD and wall tolerances allow Rath
to provide a more consistent superior quality product. |
