The superb simplicity of disc meeting shaft at 45° means the seat is unpierced, for the purest of product integrity. The 180° rotation angles the disc cleanly through the product flow so the valve opens without resistance and stays in place. Half a turn of the valve handle provides quick, positive, leak-free shutoff. An "OPEN - CLOSE" mylar label indicates the status at a glance.

The Dixon Sanitary sample valve is a sanitary valve for use in stainless steel process systems. These valves are simple, rugged and above all, dependable. BradfordT sample valves are made from stainless steel and are available in various sizes, ½" to 4" offering clamp and NPT end configurations, others also available as special order.

Dixon Sanitary offers inline and angle valves with a smooth or barbed outlet depending on your need.

Check Valves are widely used for both sanitary and industrial applications to prevent backflow of product.

Ball Check Valves are designed to allow full product flow during processing. Once the product flow stops the ball rolls back to the seat at inlet preventing back flow. Ball Check Valves are commonly used with liquid products. Sizes range 1½" - 3".
